Today, we are introducing a homemade pickled gin, "Sansho spicy gin soda" - red roof gin + actual sansho (Japanese pepper).
Gin Soda is a refreshing yet addictive drink made with craft gin made from domestically produced sweet potato shochu and soaked in domestically produced sansho (Japanese pepper), then simply mixed with highly carbonated soda.
Please enjoy it with our yakitori.
