本日、ご紹介するのは日本酒『澤屋まつもと』～守破離　五百万石～です。
京都の松本酒造のこのお酒は富山県城端地区南砺市産の五百万石で作り、無濾過の原酒を瓶燗火入れされたことにより炭酸ガスがそのまま閉じ込められています。開栓すると生酒と間違える程の勢いの良さです。フレッシュ感と爽やかな柑橘系の香りがこの暑い夏にはぴったりです。
