Today, we would like to introduce you to the sake "Sawaya Matsumoto" - Gohyakumangoku.
This sake from Kyoto's Matsumoto Shuzo is made from Gohyakumangoku sake produced in Nanto City in Toyama Prefecture's Johata district. The unfiltered, unfiltered sake is bottle-warmed and fire-aged to trap carbon dioxide gas as it is. When the bottle is opened, it is so vigorous that it could be mistaken for a draft sake. Its freshness and refreshing citrus aroma are perfect for this hot summer.
Please try it with our signature yakitori.
Enjoy grilled Koshu Shingen chicken grilled over binchotan charcoal with carefully selected sake, shochu, and wine.
