Today, we would like to introduce the sake "Akita" - Junmai - Aki-agari.
Akita Seishu, Akita Prefecture
This junmai sake is made from Miyamanishiki rice, a locally contract-grown rice suitable for sake brewing, and is carefully brewed to bring out the best flavor.
It is stored at a low temperature in the brewery from spring to summer to refine its fine, concentrated flavor with a tantalizing aroma.
You can enjoy the taste at various temperatures.
