Enjoy yakitori made from Koshu Shingen chicken, carefully selected Japanese sake and shochu, and snacks to go with the sake in a relaxed atmosphere,
Yakitori restaurant located in a back alley in Kagurazaka. (5 minutes walk from Iidabashi station)
Today, we would like to introduce the sake "Kariho Yamahai Junmai Namaeshu" - a dry sake with a spirit of superdreadnought.
This sake from Akita Seishu in Akita, Japan, is brewed using the Yamahai method, which has been the brewery's tradition since its founding. The brewers have been studying and perfecting this sake and have reached a level of spiciness that has not yet been achieved. It is overwhelmingly spicy with a sake strength of +25. The heavy flavor has a powerful sharpness that is unrivaled in the world.
Please try it with our signature yakitori.
Enjoy grilled Koshu Shingen chicken grilled over binchotan charcoal with carefully selected sake, shochu, and wine.
