秋田の秋田清酒のこのお酒は創業から続く蔵伝承の山廃仕込み。蔵人が研鑽を重ね、未踏の辛さにたどり着いたお酒です。日本酒度＋２５の圧倒的な辛さです。それに応える重厚な味わいは追随を許さない力強いキレがあります。
