Today, we will introduce the sake "Misuzu" - Dry Junmai.
Misuzu Sake Brewery in Nagano - Refreshing aroma, light and smooth, with a tangy dryness that stimulates the palate. It is best served cold, of course, but lukewarm is also recommended. Lukewarm heating is also recommended.
