この辛丑は、毎年その年の干支を冠にした限定商品です。
芋・麦ともに白ワイン造りで使われる、ワイン酵母を使用しています。
麦は、淡麗な口当たりとフレッシュな林檎のような香りが特徴
芋は、完熟させた芋ならではの旨味と甘味、芳ばしさを楽しめます。
