本日、ご紹介するのは本格焼酎　『白濁鶴見』無濾過～芋焼酎～　
鹿児島県阿久根市　大石酒造　
この白濁鶴見は、通常の鶴見を無濾過のまま瓶詰した新酒です。通常の鶴見も風味豊かですが、無濾過で新酒なので風味は強烈です。
コンセプトは日本一芋臭い焼酎。瓶詰め直後ははガス臭が強いですが、徐々にガスが抜けて甘い芋焼酎に変化していくの楽しめます。
