Today, we will introduce the shochu "Tsunetokuya" barley shochu Usabozu Chuu~Chuu~!
Jotokuya Brewery, Usa City, Oita Prefecture

Both the primary and secondary musts are brewed with barley malt in two batches.
It is a gentle barley shochu made from barley under normal pressure that is filtered only for oil removal and aged for about 4 years, so you do not feel the alcohol.
