Today's recommendation "Kokoro" at Yakitori Marumasa in Kagurazaka

Today's recommendation "Kokoro" at Kagurazaka Yakitori Marumasa.

Enjoy yakitori made from Koshu Shingen chicken, carefully selected Japanese sake and shochu, and snacks to go with the sake in a relaxed atmosphere,
Yakitori restaurant located in a back alley in Kagurazaka. (5 minutes walk from Iidabashi station)

Today, I would like to introduce "Kokoro".
As the name suggests, it is the heart, the heart of the chicken. In other restaurants, it is often called hatsu. It is said that the word "hatsu" comes from the English word "heart.
The plump texture is irresistible.

Enjoy grilled Koshu Shingen chicken grilled over binchotan charcoal with carefully selected sake, shochu, and wine.
