Today, I would like to introduce authentic shochu "Aoichigake" - barley shochu - Kubo Shuzojo.
Brewed by the Kubo Shuzo Brewery in Minamishimabara City, Nagasaki Prefecture, this shochu is recommended to be drunk neat with soda, just like its refreshing summery label.
Aged for more than three years, it has a deep, rich, mellow flavor.
Please try it with our signature yakitori.
