Today, we will introduce the sake "Hanaharu" - Kojun Junmai.
Hanaharu Sake Brewery in Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima Prefecture
This junmai sake is made from Aizu's own sake rice, "Maime", which is carefully polished and matured at low temperatures.
It is recommended to drink it slightly warmed.
Please try it with our signature yakitori.
