Today, we will be introducing the sake "Hououmida, Junmai Ginjo" - Hiyoroshi Yamadanishiki.
Houou Mita is brewed by Kobayashi Shuzo in Tochigi Prefecture.
Hiyoroshi, an autumn sake, is now in stock. This hiyaoroshi is made from Hyogo Prefecture's Yamadanishiki, and is characterized by its mellow, soft touch and gentle, natural flavor. As the temperature rises, the aroma becomes more gorgeous.
Please try it with our signature yakitori.
